Our Staff

Ken Gillikin, Pastor

Pastor Gillikin served as Epiphany's Interim Minister October 2018 through February 2020.  On March 1, 2020, the congregation voted to call him as pastor.   He and his wife, Margaret, moved to the area in 2015 when Margaret accepted a position as Director of Social Studies Education at Winthrop University.  They have two daughters, Meghan and Lindsay.
He has served congregations in Asheboro (NC), Kings Mountain (NC), Chapin (SC), Tiffin (OH), and two other congregations as an interim in Clover (SC) and Rock Hill (SC).  He is delighted to have the opportunity to be Epiphany’s Interim Pastor as it works throughout this time of transition.
His comments about ministry: “I heard God’s call to serve when I was a teenager.  The youth director challenged me to have faith to dream of what God’s Spirit could do through my life. We called our youth group the Faithful Dreamers!  I  haven’t stopped dreaming and believing in what God's Spirit can do in me and God's people by the wonders of God's grace!"
